Ritalin for toddlers

“The increase in the use of these dangerous drugs is alarming.  In addition to a threefold increase in the use of stimulants with two-to four-year-old toddlers from 1991 to 1995, surveys indicate major increases in the use of all psychotropic medications with children.  Ninety percent of the world’s Ritalin is used in the United States, as reported by Breggin.  His summary encapsulates the tragedy:  “Our society has institutionalized drug abuse among children.  Worse yet, we abuse our children with drugs rather than making the effort to find better ways to meet their needs.”  pg. 181  Neurofeedback is a natural way to help young, dis-regulated brains improve.
