From:  Biofeedback for the Brain by Paul G. Swingle, Ph.D.

“When alpha waves are stronger on the right relative to the left frontal cortex, confrontational and defiant behavior often results.  When the difference is greater than 20%, the child (or adult) usually has difficulties with inappropriate aggression, defiance, and negativity. . . . . . it is essential that he/she receive behavioral treatment in addition to neurotherapy. . . . Only highly trained neurotherapists with significant psychological experience should handle such cases.”
